They are both shot; one was accidentally pulled apart by an over zealous operator who forgot about the cable length and the other was ruined by me (I'm ashamed to admit) by spilling some super glue on several of the buttons. What happens when I select a loco that is currently running at a different speed than the throttle is set to? example... running loco 'a' at half speed then switch to loco 'b' does loco 'b' suddenly change speed to half throttle? Digitrax defines the TOP loco as the loco on the R Throttle Knob at the time when the MU add is performed. This will be the locomotive address that controls the consist.
