Can I Convert My DT400 Series Throttle to a DT402 Series Throttle?
Of Course You Can!
Beginning September 1, 2009 Digitrax will begin accepting throttles for
conversion. Please do not send your throttles in before then.
1. Visit www.digitrax.com and fill out the conversion form on our repair
page. Additional information about the conversions will be available on our
website shortly.
2. Package your throttle carefully and send it to us by a method such as UPS
that is traceable by you. We do not recommend sending throttles through the
US Mail. Our new address is:

3. Include payment for the conversion with your throttle. This can be in
the form of a check on a US bank in US funds or by Visa, MasterCard or
Discover.
4. We will return the converted throttles to you as soon as possible but
delivery times cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, we recommend that you
not send in all of your DT400 Series throttles at once so you can continue
to operate your railroad while you are waiting on your converted throttles
to be sent back to you.
