Alex Stroshane worked with Fred Miller to develop this Conrail SD40-2 custom sound project. Fred wrote the SDF code at Alex's request, and then completed it by adding sound clips Alex had edited. Alex is tweaking a few more things before making it available to others. The add-on Digitrax sound decoder is the SFX064D:
